Class Descriptions

Group classes at Studio J are unlike anywhere else. Small (maximum 17 people), innovative (custom equipment), and infamously challenging. You can know that you are going to get the best results possible and have a great time doing it. Classes are a good choice for people who want to get in shape and enjoy the group atmosphere. Below are description of classes currently offered at Studio J.

Cycle Pump – Barre  Monday-Friday at 8:30 a.m., Saturday at 10:15 a.m.
Starts with 30 – 40 minutes of intense cycling followed by a challenging barre and core work out off the bike. Everything you need in one quick hour.

Cycle Pump  Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6 a.m.
45+ minutes of cycling with weights and bands followed by core work at the end. Get ready for a full body workout!

Cycle Athletic Yoga  Friday’s at noon
30 min of intense cycling followed by a 30 min class of yoga for athletes focused on building strength and opening up the body, especially the upper body/chest area.

TRX – Strength Class  Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 p.m.
A 45 minute high energy, full body workout for all fitness levels. Using the TRX straps allows us to tap into your core muscles and keep them engaged during your whole workout. Every class is different and fun, leaving you feeling strong and ready to keep pushing yourself.

***Please note that there is a 4 hour cancellation policy for all classes.

  • Regular Drop-in: $15
  • 10-Class Pass: $125
  • Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew: $150 (minimum 3 month commitment)
  • Monthly Unlimited (Single): $170
