Class Descriptions

Group classes at Studio J are unlike anywhere else. Small (maximum 17 people), innovative (custom equipment), and infamously challenging. You can know that you are going to get the best results possible and have a great time doing it. Classes are a good choice for people who want to get in shape and enjoy the group atmosphere. Below are description of classes currently offered at Studio J.

Cycle Pump – Barre/Core  Monday-Friday at 8:30 a.m., Saturday at 10:15 a.m.
Starts with  45 minutes of intense cycling including weights and bands on the bike followed by a challenging barre and/or core work off the bike. Everything you need in one quick hour…plan on fun and energizing music!

Cycle Pump  Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6 a.m – Students need to sign up by 9:30 p.m. the previous evening.
45+ minutes of cycling with weights and bands followed by core work at the end. Get ready for a full body workout!

TRX – Strength Class  Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 p.m.
A 45 minute high energy, full body workout for all fitness levels. Using the TRX straps allows us to tap into your core muscles and keep them engaged during your whole workout. Every class is different and fun, leaving you feeling strong and ready to keep pushing yourself.

Bowspring Mindbody Athletic  Saturdays at 9 a.m.
Bowspring Mind Body Method is more than just exercise. Bowspring teaches us to work with our nervous system, offering tools for self regulation. Bowspring offers something new, a method to tone fascia equally in order to optimize sustainable joint health and movement. Bowspring is accessible to all mobility levels and age ranges. Bowspring moves us from a closed and sedating  C curve posture, to an open posture where curves and fluidity are welcome and stagnation and compression dissolve. Bowspring movement is fluid, dynamic, functional and makes you feel alive! Bowspring will reveal  weak areas that as a culture we tend to ignore and bypass. This can initially be disappointing or cause anger and rejection. Be encouraged!  Practicing Bowspring will bring you to new levels of self awareness, personal power and healing.

  • Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew: $150 (minimum 3 month commitment)
  • Monthly Unlimited (Single): $170
